柔性管理理论优化急诊护理管理的应用效果探讨

         

摘要

Objective To observe and analyze the effects of flexible management theory to optimize emergency nursing manage-ment to evaluate its clinical value. Methods Hospital emergency department of 80 nursing staff as a research object, according to accepted practice during the study were randomly care management programs are divided into two treatment groups, were named as the observation group and the control group, the control group, 40 cases of nursing staff during emergency care using routine clinical care management, observation group 40 cases care workers with flexible management concepts in the emergency care in e-mergency nursing management optimization. Comparative effects of two groups were observed in clinical nursing care staff. The main project for comparing nursing staff in emergency nursing skills scores, emergency care and self-satisfaction and clinical e-mergency patient care satisfaction. Results After two months, two nursing staff nursing skills were gained improved to some extent. Observation group care, emergency care staff average score was 95.8 points skills, self-care and satisfaction for 95.00%, clinical care satisfaction 100.00%; control group, the average acute care nursing staff skills score of 86.5 points, self-care satisfaction 75.00% of patients in clinical nursing satisfaction 75.00%; two nurses three indicators were significantly different compared with statistical significance(P<0.05); flexible management theory to optimize emergency care management applications significantly. Conclusion In the emergency department nursing staff among clinical care, based on routine clinical management with flexible management theory to optimize emergency care management, can effectively improve the quality of care and service staff to help improve patient care and satisfaction of clinical emergency with the value of clinical applications.%目的:通过观察分析柔性管理理论在优化急诊护理管理中的应用效果,评价其临床应用价值。方法选取该院急诊科室的80名护理工作人员作为研究对象,根据研究实践期间接受护理管理方案的不同为观察组与对照组,对照组40名护理工作人员在急诊护理工作期间采用常规临床护理管理方式,观察组40名护理工作人员在急诊护理工作中采用柔性管理理念优化急诊护理管理。观察对比两组护理工作人员的临床护理效果。主要对比项目为护理工作人员急诊护理技能评分、急诊护理自我满意度和患者临床急诊护理满意度。结果两个月过后,两组护理工作人员的护理技能均获得了一定程度的提高。观察组护理工作人员平均急诊护理技能评分为95.8分、自我护理满意度为95.00%,患者临床护理满意度为100.00%;对照组护理工作人员平均急诊护理技能评分为86.5分、自我护理满意度为75.00%,患者临床护理满意度为75.00%;两组护理人员三项指标相比均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);柔性管理理论优化急诊护理管理应用效果明显。结论在常规临床管理方式的基础上采用柔性管理理论优化急诊护理管理,能够有效提升护理工作人员的业务素质,有助于提升患者临床急诊护理满意度,具有临床推广应用的价值。
