Objective To investigate the implementation of quality control circle management in gynecological laparoscopic opera-tion management (QCC) and the clinical value. Methods A random collection of the gynecological hospital in 2013 November~2014 October admitted for laparoscopic operation in the treatment of 46 patients as group QCC, the implementation of QCC man-agement;another randomly selected the gynecological hospital in 2012 November~2013 October admitted 46 cases of laparoscopic operation for the treatment of patients as the control group, not the implementation of QCC management, routine nursing care was given. Results QCC group of satisfaction was 97.83%, significantly higher than that in control group 82.61%;anal exhaust time af-ter operation in QCC group, the eating time, ambulation time and hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that in control group;group QCC complication rate was 0%, 8.70%compared with the control group had statistical significance (P<0.05). Con-clusion The implementation of QCC management in gynecological laparoscopic operation management, can effectively promote the postoperative recovery, and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, can increase the patient satisfaction with nursing work, worthy of promotion.%目的：探讨在妇科腹腔镜手术管理中实施品管圈管理(QCC)的临床价值。方法随机收集该院妇科于2013年11月-2014年10月收治行腹腔镜手术治疗的患者46例作为QCC组，实施QCC管理；另随机选取该院妇科2012年11月-2013年10月收治行腹腔镜手术治疗的患者46例作为对照组，未实施QCC管理，仅给予常规护理。结果QCC组的满意度为97.83%，显著高于对照组的82.61%；QCC组术后的肛门排气时间、进食时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组；QCC组的并发症发生率为0.00%，与对照组的8.70%差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇科腹腔镜手术管理中实施QCC管理，能有效促进患者术后的恢复，并降低术后并发症的发生率，有利于提高患者对护理工作的满意度，值得推广。
