The irrational crowd factorsinfluenced by social factors, hospital, drug use and so on.Reason-able medication is guarantee clinical treatment effect, reduced bad reaction, and reduced waste of important of factors, only in-creased Government inputs, guarantees public health funding, sound medical health system, specification Hospital operating man-agement, perfect monitoring system, strengthened medical workers of supervision and ethics education, improve people reasonable medication knowledge propaganda, to from essentially solution not reasonable medication, guarantee clinical medication security, and effective, and economic, and appropriate.%随着社会的发展，人们生活质量不断提高，临床不合理用药现象却逐年上升。我国不合理用药主要表现在院用药指征不明确、用法不合理、选择药物及溶媒不当、药物剂型的不合理应用、合并用药过多、重复用药、盲目选用贵重药物等。不合理用药受社会因素、医院因素、用药人群因素等影响[1]。合理用药才能有效降低不良反应、减少浪费、保证临床治疗效果，只有加大政府投入，保障公共卫生经费，健全医疗卫生体制，规范医院经营管理，完善监控体系，加强医务工作者的监督和职业道德教育，提高民众合理用药知识宣传，才能从根本上解决不合理用药，保证临床用药安全、有效、经济、适当。
