中药不良反应的发生原因及相关对策分析

causes and related countermeasures aim to investigate the adverse reaction of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods from 2012 March to 2014 April in our hospital 50 cases of patients with the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, adverse reactions occurred in patients with 15 cases, as the object of study, analysis of the causes of patients with adverse reaction of traditional Chinese medicine, and take corresponding measures. Including the reasons results in patients with adverse reaction of traditional Chinese medicine:Chinese medicine effective components in the cause, improper dosage, drug poisoning, understanding of the toxicity of the drugs in patients with specific physical deficiency and. Conclusion the study shows, the adverse reaction of traditional Chinese medicine complex causes great harm, measures should be taken to improve the safety of traditional Chinese medicine, use, ensure its curative effect.%目的：探讨中药不良反应的发生原因及其相关对策。方法选取2012年3月份~2014年4月份我院应用中药治疗患者50例，发生中药不良反应患者15例，作为研究对象，分析患者发生中药不良反应的原因，并采取相应处理措施。结果患者出现中药不良反应的原因包括：中药中的有效成份引起、用量不当、药物蓄积中毒、对药物的毒性认识不足以及患者的特异体质等。结论通过研究可知，中药的不良反应原因杂多且危害大，需采取相应的对策，才能提高中药的使用安全，保证其疗效。
