目的:观察人性化管理模式在手术室护理管理实践中的临床应用效果。方法选择140例手术病例做为研究对象,实施人性化管理前的70例设为对照组,实施人性化管理后的70例设为试验组,比较两组入选手术病例干预后相关指标的差异性。结果试验组手术护理安全不良事件发生率、手术护理纠纷发生率均显著低于对照组,而其对手术室护理服务质量的满意率则显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将人性化管理模式引入至手术室护理管理实践过程之中,能够显著降低手术室护理安全不良事件发生率和手术护理纠纷发生率,提高手术病例对手术室护理服务质量的满意率,具有现实的推广价值。%Objective To observe the clinical application effect of humanized management mode in the operation room nursing management in practice.Methods 140 cases of operation patients as the research object, the implementation of humane management in front of 70 cases as control group, the implementation of humane management after the 70 patients were selected as experimental group, the difference of the related indexes of the two groups were compared after operation were selected for intervention.Results in the trial group,operation safety of nursing adverse events rate, operation nursing disputes were significantly lower than that of the control group, and its impact on operation room nursing service quality satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that of the control group (P< 0.05).Conclusion the humanized management mode is introduced to the operation room nursing management practice process, can significantly reduce the operation room nursing safety adverse event incidence rate of nursing disputes and operation, improve the satisfaction of operation room nursing service quality operation rate cases, has the practical popularization value.
