对我院继续护理学教育的探讨

摘要

继续护理学教育的质量关系着医院的未来，该院将649名护理人员按护龄、职称不同细化分成4段：即0~5年护龄（雏鹰），5~10年护龄（飞鹰），10年护龄以上（精鹰），护士长、业务尖子（雄鹰），根据不同层次的不同需求，制定了系统的、规范的、多形式、多渠道、全员、全面、全程的立体化继续护理学教育模式，达到提高该院整体护理水平的目的。%Continue to quality nursing education relationship with the hospital of the future, I will be home in 649 nursing staff in nursing age, professional titles of different thinning is divided into 4 phases:the 0~5 year nursing age (Chu Ying), 5~10 (Fei Ying), nursing care for 10 years of age (Jing Ying), the head nurse, the business elite (Eagle), according to the different needs of different levels, developed a system, normative, multi form, multi-channel, full, full, full of stereoscopic continuing nursing education mode, to improve the whole nursing level of our institute.
