绩效考核在医院后勤管理中的应用和体会

摘要

随着先进的医院后勤管理理念不断涌入我国，我国医院的后勤服务管理模式得到长足发展，作为医院管理人员，需明确了解后勤服务管理绩效与临床工作互为援引作用。医院后勤岗位实施绩效考核管理是医院后勤管理工作改革发展的重点举措。该文着重探讨医院后勤管理的重要性，并以笔者实践经验为依托，分析后勤管理理念的应用效果，仅供同行业人士互为交流之用。%With the constant invasion of advanced hospital logistics management notion into our country, the logistic ser-vice management model in our country obtains a long-term development, as the hospital managers, we should make clear that the logistics management performance and clinical work can promote each other, and the implementation of perfor-mance evaluation management is a key measure of hospital logistic management work, the paper studies the importance of hospital logistic management and analyzes the application effect of logistic management motion based on the practical expe-rience of the writers for communication.
