目的：观察中度危险物品成本控制在消毒供应中心中的应用效果。方法选取2013年1月—2016年1月期间该院使用过后的中度危险物品,进行清洗﹑消毒﹑包装,分别在消毒供应中心使用统一清洗﹑高效消毒以及粘贴式包装(观察组)和临床科室分别清洗﹑环氧乙烷灭菌法消毒以及纸塑包装(对照组),对比分析成本。结果观察组中的成本明显较对照组中所消耗的成本更低,P<0.05。结论中度危险物品在消毒供应中心中使用统一清洗﹑高效消毒以及粘贴式包装的成本更低。%Objective To observe the application effect of medium dangerous goods cost control in the central sterile supply department. Methods The medium dangerous goods after the use of our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were selected for cleaning, disinfection and package, the observation group adopted the united cleaning, effective disinfection and bonded package in the central sterile supply department, and the control group adopted the cleaning, ethylene oxide steril-ization disinfection and paper and plastic packaging in clinical department, and the cost was compared and analyzed. Re-sults The cost in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The cost of medium dangerous goods is lower by unified cleaning, effective disinfection and bonded package in the central sterile sup-ply department.
