责任医生团队在耳鼻喉科慢性病患者管理中的作用研究

摘要

Objective To research and determine the effect of responsible doctor team in the management of chronic disease in the department of otorhinolaryngology. Methods 60 cases of patients with chronic disease in the department of otorhino-laryngology admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2016 were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the control group adopted the traditional nursing management, while the observation group enhanced management by adopting the responsible doctor team plan for disease management intervention, and the disease condition management ability and treatment compliance condition of the two groups were observed. Results Various scores of the dis-ease condition management of patients with chronic disease in the department of otorhinolaryngology and various scores of treatment compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of the implementation of responsible doctor team plan for managing the patients with chronic disease in the department of o-torhinolaryngology is obvious, which can improve the disease management ability and improve the treatment compliance of patients, and it is worth promotion and implementation in clinic.%目的：对责任医生团队在耳鼻喉科慢性病患者管理中的作用进行研究和判定。方法该院将2015年1月—2016年2月收治的60例耳鼻喉科慢性疾病患者随机分为对照组与观察组,2组患者各30例,对照组给予患者传统的护理管理,观察组则强化管理,采取责任医生团队方案对其进行疾病管理干预,并观察2组患者的病情管理能力及治疗依从性情况。结果观察组耳鼻喉科慢性疾病患者的病情管理各项评分及治疗依从性各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实施责任医生团队方案对耳鼻喉慢性疾病患者进行管理,可改善患者的疾病管理能力及提高治疗依从性,其效果显著,值得在临床中推广实施。
