康复期精神分裂症患者应用健康教育心理干预联合音乐疗法的效果观察

     

摘要

Objective To observe the effect of the application of health education mental intervention combined with music intracavitary in patients with schizophrenia in convalescence. Methods 92 cases of patients with schizophrenia in convales-cence were randomly divided into two groups with 46 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine drug therapy and health education mental intervention, the observation group adopted the music intracavitary on the basis of the control group, and the treatment time was 8 weeks, and the brief psychiatric rating scale, positive and negative syndrome scale and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups. Results After 8-week treatment, the scores in the BPRS and SANS in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group with statistical significance (t=5.372, 3.285,P<0.05), and the mental society, power, energy, symptom and adverse reaction scores in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group, and the differences had statistical significance (t=2.936~6.741, P<0.05). Conclusion The health education mental intervention combined with music intracavitary can improve the mental symptoms of patients with chronic schizophrenia and improve the quality of life of patients.%目的:观察应用健康教育心理干预联合音乐疗法治疗康复期精神分裂症患者的效果。方法随机将92例康复期精神分裂症患者分为两组,每组各46例。对照组给予常规药物治疗和健康教育心理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上联合音乐疗法。治疗时间均为8周,比较两组患者简明精神病量表( BPRS)、阴性症状量表( SANS)及生活质量评分。结果治疗8周后,观察组BPRS、SANS量表评分均明显低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(t=5.372、3.285,P<0.05)。观察组患者心理社会、动力和精力、症状及不良反应各维度评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.936~6.741,P<0.05)。结论健康教育心理干预联合音乐疗法可改善慢性精神分裂症患者的精神症状,提高患者的生活质量。
