“3+2”助理全科医师社区培养模式探索

摘要

The community base teaching is an important component of training the“3+2”assistant general practitioners, the implementation of family doctor service model "one to one" longitudinal teaching in the assistant general practitioner com-munity practice phase in the Huilongguan community health service center and playing the teaching role from the aspects of general reception ability, practice skill and basic public health service contribute to the training of community practice abil-ity of students. The results show that the community practice ability of students is obviously improved, and the assistant general practitioners are familiar with and equipped with the independently taking on the basic medical and public health service abilities and obtain a good effect.%社区基地教学是培养“3+2”助理全科医师的重要组成部分，回龙观社区卫生服务中心在助理全科医师社区实践阶段实施家庭医生式服务模式“一对一”全程带教，从全科接诊能力、实践技能、基本公共卫生服务等方面充分发挥带教作用，有助于学员社区实践能力的培养。结果显示，学员社区实践能力得到明显提高，助理全科医师在较短时间内熟悉并具备了独立承担基本医疗及公共卫生服务的能力，取得了良好效果。
