规范化管理在新生儿红臀护理中的应用效果分析

摘要

目的：分析探讨规范化管理在新生儿红臀护理中的应用效果,为临床进行红臀护理提供参考依据。方法将该院收治的60例新生儿红臀患儿作为研究对象,这60例患儿的收治时间均在2015年3月—2016年3月期间,随机抽取红篮球分成实验组和对照组,每组30例,对照组在红臀护理过程中采取常规护理管理,实验组在红臀护理过程中采取规范化管理,于护理结束后,比较两组的治愈时间、并发症发生率及患儿家长满意度评分。结果实验组的治愈时间为(3.06±1.43)d,对照组的治愈时间为(5.03±1.13)d,两组的治愈时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；实验组的并发症发生率3.33%和对照组的并发症发生率33.33%差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；实验组的患儿家长满意度评分为(87.06±10.33)分,优于对照组患儿(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论规范化管理在新生儿红臀护理中具有积极的应用效果,可有效缩短患儿的治愈时间,减少患儿的并发症情况,获得较高的患儿家长满意度,值得在临床实践中应用。%Objective To analyze and discuss the application effect of standardized management in the red buttock nursing of newborns and provide reference for the red buttock nursing in clinic. Methods 60 cases of newborns with red buttock admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing management in the course of red buttock nursing, the experimental group adopted the standardized management in the course of red buttock nursing, and the cure time, incidence rate of complications and satisfactory degree score of newborn’s parents of the two groups were compared at the end of nursing. Results There was a statistical difference in the cure time between the experimental group and the control group, [(3.06±1.43) d vs (5.03±1.13) d], P<0.05; the difference in the incidence rate of complications be-tween the experimental group and the control group was obvious with statistical significance, (3.33% vs 3.33%), P<0.05; the satisfactory degree score of newborn’s parents in the experimental group was (87.06±10.33) scores, which was better than that in the control group and the difference had statistical significance, P<0.05. Conclusion The application effect of stan-dardized management in the red buttock nursing of newborns is positive, which can effectively shorten the cure time of chil-dren, reduce the complications of children and obtain a higher satisfactory degree of children’s family, and it is worth appli-cation in clinical practice.
