细节管理在神经外科护理中的应用研究

摘要

Objective To study the application value and effect of detailed management in the nursing in the department of neurosurgery. Methods 80 cases of patients admitted and treated in the department of neurosurgery in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the research objects, and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each ac-cording to the time order, the observation group adopted the detailed management, the control group adopted the routine nursing, and the effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group(12.5%vs17.5%), and the nursing satisfactory degree of patients is higher(95%vs75%), and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of the implementation of detailed management in the department of neurosurgery is obvious, and the nursing qual-ity is high, which is worth promotion and application.%目的：探讨细节管理在神经外科护理中的应用价值及效果。方法以该院神经外科于2015年1月-2016年1月间收治的80例患者为研究对象，按照时间顺序将其分为两组，采用细节管理的观察组(40例)和采用常规护理的对照组(40例)，对比并分析两种护理方式的效果。结果观察组的并发症发生率(2.5%)明显低于对照组(17.5%)，且患者的护理满意度较高((95%vs75%))，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对神经外科患者实施细节管理，效果显著，护理质量高，值得推广和应用。
