Objective To study the effect of responsible-nurse case management on the treatment of senile patients with breast cancer. Methods The specific measures of responsible-nurse case management were summarized, and the effect of them on the senile patients with breast cancer was evaluated. Results The implementation of responsible-nurse case management can improve the upper limb function recovery and health related survival quality and reduce the disease uncertainty. Conclusion The responsible-nurse case management can improve the treatment effect of senile patients with breast cancer and promote the overall recovery of patients, which is a very effective medical health service form.%目的：探讨护士负责病例管理对老年乳腺癌患者治疗效果的影响。方法将护士负责病例管理的具体措施进行整理汇总，并评价其对老年乳腺癌患者治疗效果的影响。结果护士负责病例管理的实施可提高患者的上肢功能康复和患者的健康相关生命质量，降低疾病不确定感。结论护士负责病例管理可提高老年乳腺癌患的治疗效果，促进患者的整体康复，是一种非常有效的医疗卫生服务形式。
