PDCA护理管理模式对新入科护理人员工作积极性的影响探讨

         

摘要

目的:探讨PDCA护理管理模式对新入科护理人员工作的实际影响。方法选取2012年12月-2013年12月期间该院新入科护理人员122例为研究对象,根据护理人员给予的护理管理模式的不同,将其分成了研究组和对照组,各61例。研究组给予PDCA护理管理模式,对照组给予常规护理管理模式。对两组研究对象给予不同护理管理模式后的基础护理质量、患者满意度以及工作积极性情况进行观察和比较。结果①对两组研究对象的基础护理质量进行比较后,在服务态度、业务水平、病区管理、健康教育和总分等方面组间比较,研究组研究对象的得分均明显高于对照组,且组间比较差异有统计学意义;②两组研究对象的患者满意度组间比较,研究组患者对研究对象的服务态度和业务水平的满意度水平明显高于对照组,且组间比较差异有统计学意义;③研究组中工作积极性为优良的护理人员共计46例,对照组中工作积极性为优良的护理人员共计31例。两组护理人员工作积极性的优良率组间比较,研究组显著高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义。结论在临床针对新入科护理人员实施管理的实践过程中,采用PDCA护理管理模式的临床比较优势明显,可以显著提升护理人员的工作积极性,改善护理工作质量,是临床护理管理实践的理想选择方式。%Objective To study the actual effect of PDCA nursing management model on the work of new nursing staff. Methods 122 cases of new nursing staff in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2013 were selected as the re-search objects, and divided into two groups with 61 cases in each according to the different nursing management models, the research group adopted the PDCA nursing management model, the control group adopted the routine nursing management model, and the basic nursing quality, satisfactory degree of patients and work enthusiasm situation of the two groups were observed and compared. Results ①The service attitude, business level, ward management, health education scores and total score in the research group were obviously higher than those in the control group, and the differences had statistical signifi-cance by comparison. ②The satisfactory degree levels to service attitude and business level in the research group were ob-viously higher than those in the control group, and the differences had statistical significance by comparison. ③The work enthusiasm of 46 cases in the research group was excellent and good, and of 31 cases in the control group was excellent and good, and the work enthusiasm excellent and good rate in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group and the difference had statistical significance. Conclusion In the management practice of the new nursing staff in clinic, the clinical comparison advantage of PDCA nursing management model is obvious, which can obviously improve the work enthusiasm of nursing staff and improve the nursing work quality, and it is an ideal choice way in the clinical nursing management practice.
