人性化护理管理对康复期精神分裂症患者的效果分析

Objective To analyze the effect of the application of humanistic nursing management for patients with schizophrenia in the recovery stage. Methods 78 cases of patients with schizophrenia admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected and numbered according to the admission order, the odd number were selected as the observation group, and the even number were selected as the control group, each group was 39 cases, the observation group received humanistic nursing management, the control group received conventional nursing management, and the PANSS scores and BPRS scores of patients were compared after two months. Results The PANSS scores and BPRS scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group, P﹤0.05, and the differences had statistical sig-nificance. Conclusion The humanistic nursing management plays an obvious promoting role in the recovery of patients with schizophrenia, which is worth promotion.%目的：对康复期精神分裂症患者应用人性化护理管理的效果进行分析。方法选择该院2013年1月—2015年12月期间收治的精神分裂症患者78例，将其按照入院先后顺序排号，分别为1~78，以奇数组为观察组，以偶数组为对照组，例数均为39例，观察组患者接受人性化护理管理，对照组患者接受常规护理管理，以两个月为期限，对患者PANSS 和 BPRS 评分进行比较。结果观察组 PANSS 评分和 BPRS 评分均优于对照组，P﹤0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论人性化护理管理对于精神分裂症患者的康复具有明显的促进作用，值得推广。
