Objective To monitor the specific condition of application of Chinese traditional medicine in pediatric outpatient department and evaluate the medication accuracy. Methods 3806 prescriptions of Chinese traditional medicine issued by the pediatric outpatient department in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected, the pharmaceutical dosage form, drug classification and sales amount of them were counted, and frequency of drug use, total sales and average daily cost recommended by WHO were used as the evaluation indexes for comprehensive analysis, and the application status of Chinese traditional medicine in pediatric outpatient department and whether the inappropriate medication or medication abuse existed or not in the medication process were researched. Results The statistics showed that there were more drug types of oral liquid, capsule, granules, tablets and external preparation, but the sales amount of capsules and tablets were not in front, all drugs were in the normal medication frequency range, and there was no medication abuse and the randomly increasing medication according to the drug costs was basically excluded. Conclusion The application of Chinese traditional medicine in pediatric outpatient department in our hospital is basically rational, and the medication frequency meets re-quirements and there is no drug abuse.%目的：了解该院儿科门诊使用中成药物的具体情况，并给予用药准确性的评估。方法选取该院2014年1月—2016年1月期间儿科门诊开具的3806张中成药处方，对处方的药物剂型、药物类别、销售的金额等情况进行统计，以世界卫生组织（WHO)推荐的用药频度（DDDs)、销售总额、日均费用（DDDc)作为评价指标进行综合分析。研究儿科门诊应用中成药的现状，以及用药过程是否存在用药不适宜或药物滥用的情况。结果发现口服液、胶囊剂、颗粒剂、片剂、栓剂、外用制剂的药品种类较多，但胶囊剂和片剂的销售额并不在前列；所有药物均在正常的用药频度范围内，没有滥用药物的情况，基本排除根据药物价格随意增加用药的情况。结论该院儿科门诊中对中成药的应用基本合理，用药频度符合规定，无药物滥用情况。
