The second-level disease control center in city and country (district) is the primary management institution of disease control system in China, the survey discovers that the file storage situations in various areas have many common traits but there are also some different characteristics and differences. The paper puts forwards rational suggestions by com-paring file storage conditions in disease control center in city and country (district).%市、县（区)二级疾控中心是我国疾控系统的基层管理机构。通过调查发现，各地档案保管情况具有许多共性，但也存在一些不同的特点，存在差异。该文对市、县（区)疾控中心档案保管条件进行了比较，并提出合理化建议。
