Objective To study and analyze the application effect of pre-hospital emergency nursing path in the pre-hospi-tal emergency in patients with stroke. Methods 160 cases of stroke patients in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with 80 cases in each, the control group adopted routine pre-hospital emergency nurs-ing method, the research group adopted pre-hospital emergency nursing path, and the emergency of the two groups was compared. Results The admission time and treatment time after onset in the research group were lower than those in the control group by comparison with statistical significance (P<0.05), the disability rate and fatality rate in the research group were lower than those in the control group by comparison with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The pre-emer-gency nursing path for stroke patients can shorten the patient’s emergency time and reduce the disability rate and death rate, which is of great clinical application value.%目的：探讨分析院前急救护理路径在脑卒中患者院前急救中的应用效果。方法选取该院160例脑卒中患者作为研究分析对象，将所选患者分为对照组和研究组各80例，对照组患者采用常规的院前急救护理方式，研究组采用院前急救护理路径，比较两组患者急救状况。结果比较两组患者发病后入院时间、接受治疗时间，研究组明显优于对照组，组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；比较两组患者致残率和病死率，研究组低于对照组，组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予脑卒中患者院前急救护理路径方式进行急救，可缩短患者急救时间，降低致残率和死亡率，具有较大临床应用价值。
