目的：主要对手术室护理人员对患者术中压疮认知与防范行为培训进行相关的探究。方法对该院30名在职的手术室护理人员在患者术中压疮认知与防范护理方面进行调查，再对这30名护理人员开展术中压疮认知与防范行为培训，然后对他们护理前后的该护理行为进行比较分析，从而评估其培训效果。结果培训后的护理人员对压疮认知与防范行为水平显著高于培训前。培训前后护理人员的护理行为差异有统计学意义。结论对手术室护理人员进行患者术中压疮认知与防范行为培训，能够提高他们该方面的护理质量，从而降低患者术中压疮发生率。%Objective To study the education of intraoperative pressure sore cognition and prevention behavior of patients for the nursing staff in the operating room. Methods The intraoperative pressure sore cognition and prevention nursing for patients of 30 on-the-job nursing staff in the operating room were surveyed, and the education of intraoperative pressure sore cognition and prevention behavior was carried out for them, and then the nursing behavior of them before and after nursing was compared and analyzed thus the education effect was evaluated. Results The pressure sore cognition and pre-vention behavior levels of nursing staff after education were obviously higher than those before education, and the difference in the nursing behavior of nursing staff before and after education was obvious with statistical significance. Conclusion The intraoperative pressure sore cognition and prevention behavior for patients of nursing staff in the operating room can improve the nursing quality thus reducing the incidence rate of intraoperative pressure sore of patients.
