结核病防治现状及其预防控制措施

The paper analyzes the prevention and cure situation of tuberculosis in our country, and supposes that the issues such as tuberculosis tolerance, double infection of tuberculosis and AIDS, high morbidity of floating population and econom-ic less-developed region and unmanageable infectious source exist, the prevention and cure of tuberculosis should work to-gether, make the duties in the tuberculosis prevention and cure relevant institutions clear, deepen the prevention and cure management duties in medical institutions, in the course of prevention and cure of tuberculosis, we should actively adopt control and management infectious sources, cut off spread way and protect the susceptible population, do a good health edu-cation job for patients with longer treatment cycle, constantly improve the treatment compliance, ensure quality, complete the whole-process treatment, discover the tuberculosis patients without medical treatment early by the regular physical ex-amination method thus early diagnosing and standardly treating patients, promoting the early recovery of patients and pa-tients to return to normal work, study and life.%作者分析了我国结核病防治现状，认为存在结核病耐药性、结核病与艾滋病双重感染、流动人口和经济欠发达地区发病率高和难以控制传染源等问题。结核病的防治要形成合力，明确结核病防治相关机构职责，深化医疗机构防治管理职责。在结核病防治过程中，要积极采取控制和管理传染源，切断传播途径，保护易感人群的措施；要做好治疗周期较长患者的健康教育工作，不断提高治疗依从性，保质保量完成全程治疗；通过定期体格检查方式及早发现未曾就诊的结核病患者，使之得到及早诊断和早期规范治疗，促使患者早日康复，回归正常的工作学习和生活。
