100例居民铅暴露水平与肾功能相关关系的分析研究

         

摘要

Objective To know the correlation between lead exposure level and renal function and its intensity. Methods The villages near to industrial park with lead exposure were randomly selected as the survey points, 100 cases of villagers in total were selected as the survey objects, and the four indexes including the whole blood lead level, urine creatinine, N-acetyl-beta-D-glucosamidase, N-acetyl-beta-D-glucosamidase/urine creatinine were respectively measured by the Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry and spectrophotometry and were given questionnaire, and the data were input into Excel and were counted and analyzed by SPSS 17.0 after processing. Results The human whole blood lead con-tent was positively correlated with N-acetyl-beta-D-glucosamidase/urine creatinine content and NAG/Cr content at α=0.05 level (r1=0.494, P1<0.05, r2=0.207, P3<0.05) except that it had no correlation with urine creatinine content atα=0.05 lev-el, (r=0.396, P>0.05). Conclusion The human whole blood lead content was positively correlated with N-acetyl-beta-D-glucosamidase/urine creatinine content and NAG/Cr content atα=0.05 level (r1=0.494, P1<0.05, r2=0.207, P2<0.05) except that it had no correlation with urine creatinine content atα=0.05 level(r=0.396, P>0.05).%目的:了解铅暴露水平与肾功能的相关关系及其强度。方法用随机抽样方法选择有铅暴露的工业园区附近村庄为调查点,共计100名村民为调查对象,采用塞曼效应石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(GFAAS)和分光光度计法分别测定全血铅、尿肌酐、尿N-乙酰-β-D-葡萄糖苷酶、尿N-乙酰-β-D-葡萄糖苷酶/尿肌酐4个指标并进行问卷调查,将数据录入Excel整理后用SPSS 17.0进行统计分析。结果除人体全血铅含量与尿肌酐(Cr)含量成在α=0.05水平上无相关关系(r=0.396,P﹥0.05)外,人体全血铅含量与尿乙酰β-D-葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)含量1和NAG/Cr含量2在α=0.05水平上成正相关(r1=0.494,P1﹤0.05,r2=0.207,P2﹤0.05)。结论除人体全血铅水平与尿肌酐(Cr)含量成无相关关系(P﹥0.05)外,人体全血铅含量与尿乙酰β-D-葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)水平和NAG/Cr水平均呈正相关关系(P﹤0.05)。
