三维护理管理模式在CCU危急症患者抢救中的应用

摘要

Objective To study and analyze the value of the application of three-dimensional nursing management mode in rescuing patients with CCU Critical disease. Methods 55 cases of patients with CCU critical disease treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 before the implementation of three-dimensional nursing management were selected as the control group, and 55 cases of patients with CCU critical disease after the implementation of three-dimensional nursing management in February 2015 were selected as the observation group, and the management situations, rescue situations and rescue goods preparation time of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The reserve adequacy ratio of emer-gency goods, improvement rate of management system and rescue success rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group, (90.91%, 96.36%, 94.55% vs 63.64%, 65.45%, 69.09%), and the rescue goods preparation time in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, [(6.00±1.40) s vs (11.70±2.90) s], and the differences had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of three-dimensional nursing management mode in rescuing patients with CCU critical disease can obviously improve the management system, well prepare the relevant emergency goods and improve the success probability of rescue.%目的：探究分析在CCU危急症患者抢救中应用三维护理管理模式的价值。方法选取2014年2月—2016年2月在该院未实施三维护理管理前的CCU危急症患者55例,将其作为对照组,2015年2月后实施三维护理管理的CCU危急症患者55例,将其作为观察组,观察并比较两组管理情况、抢救情况以及抢救物品准备时间。结果观察组急救物品储备充足率(90.91%)、管理制度完善率(96.36%)以及抢救成功率(94.55%)均优于对照组急救物品储备充足率(63.64%)、管理制度完善率(65.45%)以及抢救成功率(69.09%)；观察组抢救物品准备时间(6.00±1.40)s低于对照组抢救物品准备时间(11.70±2.90)s,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论在CCU危急症患者抢救中,应用三维护理管理模式能够显著完善管理制度,做好相关急救物品准备,提高抢救成功几率。
