护理质量指标在不良事件管理中的应用

摘要

Objective To summarize the value of rational application of nursing quality indexes in the adverse event man-agement. Methods 1025 cases of patients treated in our hospital from January 2012 to May 2014 were randomly screened, the clinical information of the selected objects was observed, and the adverse events were searched, the nature and cause of the adverse events were evaluated, and the nursing management work was implemented from June 2014 to May 2016 and the relevant nursing quality indexes were rationally applied, at the same time, 1022 cases were selected for objective com-parison, and the overall occurrence probability of various adverse events of the two phases were searched. Results After the promotion of nursing management and rational application of relevant nursing quality indexes, the adverse events in our hos-pital from 25 (2.44%) before management decreased to 2 (0.20%) after management, P<0.05. Conclusion In hospital nursing management, the rational application of various nursing quality indexes and optimization of management procedures can re-duce the occurrence probability of adverse events and improving the satisfactory degree of patients to daily nursing work, which is worth further promotion and application.%目的：总结不良事件管理中合理应用护理质量指标体现出的价值。方法随机筛选2012年1月—2014年5月间进入该院治疗的患者1025例，观察入选对象临床信息，查看是否出现不良事件，并评定不良事件性质、发生诱因，再从2014年6月—2016年5月间施行护理管理工作，并合理应用相关护理质量指标，同时选取1022例患者进行客观对照，查看2个阶段出现各项不良事件的整体几率。结果推行护理管理工作、合理应用相关护理质量指标后，本院不良事件从管理前的25起(2.44%)降至管理后的2起(0.20%)(P﹤0.05)。结论在院内护理管理工作中，通过合理应用各项护理质量指标，并优化管理程序，减少不良事件出现几率，提高患者对日常护理工作的满意程度，值得进一步推广及运用。
