开封市无偿献血中采血量不足原因分析

摘要

Objective Analysis for our blood donation process factors of inadequate blood recovery. Methods From April 2012 to April 2015 in the city of blood donors were 19842, the amount of blood deficiency of blood donors in the blood do_nation process, analysis of its influencing factors. Results In 19842 blood donors, 336 donors blood shortage, accounting for 1.7%. Because of the insufficient blood caused by venous puncture was 172 cases, accounting for 51.2%, resulting in blood donors personal factors have 111 people, accounting for 33%, other factors such as pain, service attitude was not good, due to the lack of knowledge of blood donation and other factors have 53 people, accounting for 15.8%. Conclusion The dona_tion appears mainly due to lack of blood collected is responsible for blood vein puncture technique, followed by the psycho_logical quality of blood donors, and the service attitude and environment, the cognitive not congruent factors of blood donors to donate blood may lead to occurrence of insufficient blood.%目的：分析开封市进行无偿献血过程中出现采血量不足的影响因素。方法选择从2012年4月—2015年4月在我市采血点进行无偿献血的无偿献血者共19842名，研究分析无偿献血者在献血过程中出现的采血量不足情况，分析其影响因素。结果在19842名无偿献血者中，有336名献血者出现采血量不足的情况，占1.7%。其中由于静脉穿刺技术造成采血量不足的有172例，占51.2%，献血者个人因素导致的有111人，占33.0%，其他因素如疼痛、服务态度不好、对献血知识缺乏等因素导致的有53人，占15.8%。结论无偿献血者出现采血量不足的主要原因是负责采血者的静脉穿刺技术，其次是无偿献血者自身的心理素质，最后是采血者的服务态度及环境等，无偿献血者对献血的认知不全等因素均会导致采血量不足的发生。
