分层次管理模式和常规护理管理模式在护理管理中的价值探究

摘要

Objective To explore the hierarchical management mode and the value of routine nursing management mode in nursing management. Methods From September 2014 to September 2015 from 30 nurses and patients as control group, 60 selected as research group 30 nurses and 60 patients, control group adopted routine nursing management mode, the team take hierarchical management mode. Analyze the effect of two groups of management. Results The team in nursing theory knowledge, technical skills, communication skills, nursing documents writing ability score significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05); The team of nursing patients with overall satisfaction rate is higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Hierarchical management model has high application value in nursing management, is worth promoting.%目的：探究分层次管理模式和常规护理管理模式在护理管理中的价值。方法于2014年9月—2015年9月该院30名护士以及60例患者作为对照组，选取同期30名护士以及60例患者作为研究组，对照组采取常规护理管理模式，研究组采取分层次管理模式。对两组管理效果进行分析对比。结果研究组在护理理论知识、技术操作能力、沟通能力、护理文书书写能力评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组患者对护理总体满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论分层次管理模式在护理管理中具有极高的应用价值，值得大力推广。
