急诊科护理风险管理对护理质量及患者满意度的影响研究

         

摘要

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of risk management in emergency department. Methods Using the retrospective analysis method in emergency department in June 2014 to 2015 may treated 126 cases of patients with clinical data to conduct a comprehensive analysis, all patients were divided into two groups control group (63 cases) and observation group (63 cases), the control group adopted conventional nursing, and the observation group patients not only take the rou-tine nursing care, also to take the risk management, a month after the two groups of nursing quality qualified rate and nurs-ing satisfaction were compared. Results In the observation group of nurses in the emergency department in third class ex-amination of the operation of nursing staff, nursing document writing, and sterilization, nursing staff quality inspection quali-fied rate respectively is 88.89% and 95.24% and 96.83% and 96.83% were significantly compared with the control group, the two groups on the index contrast with significant difference (P < 0.05), there is a statistically significant; observation group patients to the hospital emergency department nurses the work degree of satisfaction is 95.24%, and was significantly higher than that of the control group, the two groups of patients of emergency department nurses the work degree of satisfac-tion compared with significant difference (P< 0.05), there is a statistically significant. Conclusion The application of risk management in emergency department nursing process can obtain satisfactory results, which is of great clinical application and promotion value.%目的:对急诊科护理过程中应用风险管理所取得的效果进行观察分析。方法采用回顾性分析法对急诊科2014年6月—2015年5月收治的126例患者的临床资料进行全面分析,将全部患者分成两组,即对照组(63例)和观察组(63例),对照组患者所采取的是常规护理,而观察组患者不仅采取了常规护理,还采取的风险管理,一个月后将两组的护理质量合格率和护理满意度进行对比。结果观察组患者的急诊科护理人员在护理人员操作、护理文书书写、以及无菌物品灭菌、护理人员三级考试方面的质量检查合格率分别是88.89%、95.24%、96.83%、96.83%,均显著比对照组高,两组上述指标对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对医院急诊科护理工作满意度是95.24%,明显高于对照组,两组患者对急诊科护理工作满意度对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊科护理过程中应用风险管理,可以取得令人满意的效果,有极大的临床应用、推广价值。
