人工流产后计划生育服务的实施效果研究

摘要

目的：对人工流产患者行计划生育服务，观察实施效果。方法择取该院在2013年8月要2015年11月期间接收的人工流产患者382例，按照患者入院时间，将其划分为干预组与参照组，每组各191例。对参照组患者行常规宣教，对干预组患者行常规宣教+妈富隆。半年后，对两组患者进行电话随访，对比两组患者的阴道流血天数、月经恢复天数、避孕知识得分情况、盆腔炎发生概率、宫腔粘连发生概率、再次妊娠概率以及避孕措施使用情况。结果干预组患者在阴道流血天数、月经恢复天数、避孕知识得分情况、盆腔炎发生概率、宫腔粘连发生概率、再次妊娠概率以及避孕措施使用情况方面的调查数据明显优于参照组患者，数据组间比较差异具有统计学意义，即P<0.05，本次实验具有统计学意义。结论对人工流产患者行计划生育服务，可以有效减少患者术后阴道流血量，加快月经恢复，提高患者的避孕知识掌握程度，降低术后并发症以及意外妊娠的发生率，提高患者的生活质量，应用价值非常显著，值得广泛推广。%Objective Line of family planning services in patients with induced abortion, and to observe the effect.
