强化安全教育对心血管内科病人护理安全管理的影响浅探

摘要

Objective to study the cardiovascular internal medicine patients application security education the effects on the safety management. Methods in May 2012 to May 2015, we treated 84 cases of patients with cardiovascular internal medicine, according to the way of nursing, all patients can be divided into control group (42 cases) and observation group (42 cases), give control group routine health education, the observation group of patients in the control group on the basis of strengthening safety education, to evaluate the nursing effect of two groups of patients. Results the observation group of pa-tients for safety knowledge of master degree was 92.86%, significantly higher than that of control group 76.19%, two groups of data comparison, statistical significance difference (P<0.05);Observation group of patients and the observation group of patients nursing satisfaction were 90.48%, 71.43%, after statistics analysis, two groups of data comparable (P< 0.05). Con-clusion on the basis of routine health education, strengthen the safety education in patients with cardiovascular internal medicine and more safety knowledge, help patients to improve patients self health care consciousness, improve nursing satis-faction, is worthy of reference for clinical.%目的：探讨心血管内科病人应用安全教育对安全管理造成的影响。方法2012年5月—2015年5月期间，该院共收治了84例心血管内科患者，根据护理方式，将所有的患者分为对照组(42例)和观察组(42例)，给予对照组常规健康教育，观察组患者在对照组基础上强化安全教育，对两组患者的护理效果进行评估。结果观察组患者对安全知识的掌握度为92.86%，显著高于对照组76.19%，两组数据比较发现，差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)；观察组患者和观察组患者护理满意度分别为90.48%、71.43%，经统计学分析，两组数据具有可比性(P﹤0.05)。结论在常规健康教育的基础上，加强对心血管内科患者安全教育的力度，能够帮助患者掌握更多的安全知识，提高患者自我保健意识，提高护理满意度，值得临床借鉴。
