护士分层级管理模式对提高护理管理质量的作用分析

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the nurse grading management to improve the quality of nursing management role. Methods During the period from May 2013 to May 2015, to carry out nurse grading management in our hospital, 50 nurses were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, each group of 25 people. The control group with routine nursing care, nursing work by turns on duty system. Experimental group on the basis of the experience of nursing staff and the degree of different, divided into the head nurse, four levels of group leader s responsibility, the responsibility of nurses and assistant nurses, clear responsibilities and obligations of all levels of nursing staff formulated standardization process, all the nursing staff in accordance with the process. Results The nursing work for nursing care of patients in the experimen-tal group, the total satisfaction of 96%; the control of nursing work for nursing staff group, the total satisfaction of 68%, there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The experimental group of nursing staff satisfaction self assessment 100%; the control group of nursing staff satisfaction self assessment 80%, there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Nurses using hierarchical management mode of management, strengthen nurses at all levels of responsi-bility, improve the quality of clinical nursing and improve the relationship between nursing staff and patients, the clinical has great application value.%目的:探讨护士分层级管理模式对提高护理管理质量的作用。方法2013年5月—2015年5月期间该院开展护士分层级管理,50名护理人员采用随机数字法分为对照组和实验组,每组各25人。对照组按照常规护理模式护理,护理工作采用轮流值班制度。实验组依据护理人员工作经验和学历的不同,分成护士长、责任组长、责任护士和辅助护士4个层次,明确各个层次护理人员的责任和义务,制定标准化的流程,所有护理人员按照流程进行工作。结果实验组患者对护理人员的护理工作,总满意度96%;对照组患者对护理人员的护理工作,总满意度68%,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组护理人员自我评定满意度100%;对照组护理人员自我评定满意度80%,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用分层级的管理模式进行护士的管理,可以强化各级护士的工作责任心,提高临床护理的质量,改善了护理人员与患者之间的关系,临床上有较大的应用价值。
