综合护理干预对青光眼患者自我管理行为的影响

摘要

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on self management behavior of patients with glaucoma. Methods From January 2014 to January 2015, 120 patients were treated with routine nursing. The control group was treated with routine nursing. The control group was 122 months after treatment. Results After 6 months, control group life adjustment, medical management of disease levels higher than those before intervention observed group life ad-justment, function of health care, disease medical management level higher than that of the intervention, higher than that of the control group, the difference has statistical significance (P< 0.05). After 6 months, control group, social activities, men-tal and psychological, score higher than those before intervention observed symptom group and visual function, social activ-ities, mental and psychological, total higher than before the intervention and the control group, the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.05) Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the level of self management behav-ior and improve the quality of life.%目的：分析综合护理干预对青光眼患者自我管理行为的影响。方法2014年1月—2015年1月，经纳入、排除、剔除，对照组纳入患者120例，给予常规护理，观察组纳入患者122例，给予综合护理干预，对比两组患者自我管理行为。结果6个月后，对照组生活调适、疾病之医疗管理水平高于干预前，观察组生活调适、机能保健、疾病之医疗管理水平高于干预，高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)；6个月后，对照组社会活动、精神与心理、总分高于干预前，观察组症状与视功能、社会活动、精神与心理、总分高于干预前与对照组，差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论综合护理干预有助于提高青光眼患者出院后自我管理行为水平，进而提高患者生命质量。
