从生物化学与临床学科的联系看生物化学教学改革

摘要

目的：从生物化学和临床学科的相互联系的角度分析并总结生物化学教学改革的有效方法。方法全面地搜集以往有关生物化学的相关研究与报道，然后分析并总结生物化学与临床学科之间的相互关系、生物化学教学中现存的问题及其对应的策略。结果生物化学的研究内容既包括生物体内化学分子，也包括化学反应，在生命科学学科体系中属于基础学科；此外，生物学和细胞生物学、分子生物学以及遗传学的联系均比较密切，具体表现为在对各种疾病的发病机制进行分析的过程中，均需要应用生物化学的相关理论知识。结论在生物化学的教学改革中，要及时地将生物化学与临床学科紧密地联系在一起，重视这一课程的地位，统一教学大纲，不断地优化生物化学教学内容及其教学方式方法，以优化教学效果。%Objective To analyze and summarize the effective method of teaching reform of biochemistry from the perspective of the relationship between biochemistry and clinical subjects. Results The research contents of Biochemistry include the chemical elements and chemical reactions. In addition, biology and cell biology, molecular biology and genetics are closely related to the pathogenesis of various diseases. Conclusion In the teaching reform of Biochemistry, it is to be closely related to the biological chemistry and clinical disciplines, to attach importance to the position of this course, and to optimize the teaching contents and teaching methods, and to optimize the teaching effect.
