门诊药房退药分析和建议

     

摘要

目的:统计分析该院门诊退药情况,提出建议,以减少退药和促进合理用药。方法收集门诊药房2015年10月-2016年9月退药处方共计1554张,以《医疗机构药事管理规定》为依据,按退药原因进行统计、分析。结果在1554张门诊退药处方中,退药原因位居前3位的分别为患者家属认为不对症坚持退药,占比25.29%;患者家中有同类药品,占比19.43%;药物过敏反应,占比14.86%。结论应加强医患沟通;完善医院相关退药流程;定期开展处方点评和退药处方分析以减少门诊退药数量。%Objective To analyze the drug repercussion in the outpatient and put forwards suggestions in order to reduce the drug repercussion and promote the rational medication. Methods 1 554 pieces of drug repercussion prescriptions in the out-patient pharmacy from October 2015 to September 2016 were collected and the drug repercussion causes were counted and analyzed according to the pharmaceutical affair management regulations of the medical institutions. Results In all the drug repercussion prescriptions, the top three causes of the drug repercussion were that the patients’ family insisted on drug repercussion due to the it is not the symptomatic drugs, accounting for 25.29%, there were the similar drugs in the patient’s home, accounting for 19.43% and drug anaphylactic reaction, accounting for 14.86%. Conclusion We should enhance the communication between doctors and patients, improve the hospital related drug repercussion process and regularly carry out the prescription review and drug repercussion prescription analysis in order to reduce the outpatient drug repercussion number.
