上消化道出血患者护理风险管理研究

摘要

Objective To study the nursing risk management measures and effect of patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods From March 2015 to March 2016 50 cases of patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage admit-ted and treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects and the current and potential nursing risks were identi-fied, evaluated and processed thus eliminating the nursing risks and ensuring the dieting, living, medication and mental safety of patients. Results After the implementation of nursing risk management, the incidence rate of nursing risk events obviously decreased and the nursing satisfactory degree increased, and all patients were safety discharged. Conclusion The nursing risk management can effectively the clinical curative effect of patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage, re-duce the incidence rate of risk events and improve the nursing satisfactory degree, which is worth promotion and application.%目的：探讨上消化道出血患者的护理风险管理措施和效果。方法以该院2015年3月-2016年3月收治的50例上消化道出血患者为研究对象，对现有的和潜在的护理风险进行识别、评估、处理，从而消除护理风险，保障患者饮食、生活、用药、心理等方面的安全。结果实施护理风险管理后，护理风险事件发生率明显下降，护理满意度上升，50例患者均平安出院。结论护理风险管理能够有效提升消化道出血患者的临床疗效，减少风险事件发生率，提高护理满意度，值得推广和应用。
