摘要

The present invention relates to an international standard based clinical decision supporting device using Rockall risk assessment as an indicator for measuring the risk level of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. To materialize a clinical decision supporting device the present invention is configured such that: a model of a clinical decision supporting system is represented through a methodology based on a regular standard in a style which can be easily observed in a clinical practice by providing a digitized treatment guideline of the bleeding peptic ulcer; and in detail, a standard knowledge model of Rockall risk assessment which is an index to measure the risk level of upper gastrointestinal bleeding as an openEHR methodology is developed, thereby incorporating the clinical decision supporting system.
