金属烤瓷修复体失败的原因分析

Ceramic repair technology has been used widely in mouth rehabilitation. However, a series of complications afer repair, such as the crack and abscission of ceramic repair, the pathological changes of gingiva, the damages of paradentium, the non-hermetic margin of ceramic repair, food impaction and others, at ract patients and dentists’s at ention. This article wil overview the failure of ceramic repair, in order to give some reference to clinical application.%金属烤瓷修复体技术已广泛应用于口腔修复临床。然而，修复后出现的一系列并发症引起了患者和口腔医生的关注，如崩瓷、脱瓷，牙龈病变及牙周组织损伤，修复体边缘不密合，食物嵌塞等，本文将对金属烤瓷修复失败的原因进行综述，为临床应用提供参考。
