公共营养知识在高校食堂的应用

the life of people cannot do without the basic necessities of life,human health is the greatest impact to eat.The university dining room is a place for the entire school teachers and students to provide three meals a day,with a convenient,fast,low price for the distinctive features.With the development of economy and the progress of the times,people are getting more and more attention to food health and safety issues.For operators,the health and health of the canteen is the responsibility that they must take,the responsibility should be implemented to the staff who.In this paper,the effect of the intervention measures for enhancing the knowledge,attitude and behavior of the staff members is evaluated,and it is hoped that it can be used for reference.%人们的生活离不开衣食住行,这之中对人的身体健康影响最大的就是吃。高校食堂是为全校师生提供一日三餐的场所,以方便、快捷、低价为鲜明特色。随着经济的发展和时代的进步,当代人越来越看重饮食健康和安全问题。对于经营者而言,食堂的健康与卫生是自己必须担负的责任,这一责任应当落实到工作人员身上。本文就为增强工作人员公开营养知识,态度和行为作出的干预措施进行效果评价,希望可以给各高校食堂经营者起到一定的借鉴作用。
