半椎体、蝴蝶椎畸形在二维超声与三维超声诊断中的对比研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the diagnosis significance of the fetal with hemivertebra and but erfly vertebra by ultrasound typical image features 2Dand 3D ultrasound.Methods Choose 74 cases diagnosed with hemivertebra and 66 patients diagnosed with but erfly vertebra,two -dimensional ultrasound diagnosis for the control group,3 d ultrasound diagnosis for the ob-servation group,The accuracy of records in the two groups respectively.Conclusion Prenatal two -dimensional ultrasound and three -dimensional ultrasound diagnostic accuracy dif erence of hemivertebra there is statistical significance(P <0.05).Prenatal two -dimensional ultrasound and three -dimensional ultrasound diagnosis of but erfly vertebra accuracy dif erence there is no statistical significance(P >0.05).%目的：分析三维超声检查在胎儿半椎体畸形、蝴蝶椎畸形中的临床意义。方法选择74例确诊为半椎体畸形者和66例确诊为蝴蝶椎畸形者，产前采取二维超声检查者为对照组，产前采取三维超声检查者为观察组。分别记录两组的准确率。结果产前二维超声与三维超声检查半椎体畸形的准确率差异存在统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。产前二维超声与三维超声诊断半椎体畸形的准确率差异不存在统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。结论相对于二维超声检查，三维超声在产前诊断半椎体、蝴蝶椎畸形方面有一定的优势。
