微创解剖钢板结合加压螺栓内固定在骨毁损性骨折中的应用

         

摘要

Objective to analyze and discuss the application of minimal y invasive anatomical plate combined with compression screw fixation in the fracture of bone.Methods by random draw,from our hospital during February 2012 to April 2015 were bone comminuted fracture patients,150 patients were selected into the study scope,underwent minimal y invasive anatomical plate combined with the bolt fixation pressure,summarize and analyze the treatment status.Results the average operation time of 150 patients was(7.5 +1.2)days,the average operation time (75.5 +2.8)minutes,the total curative ef ect was 95.33%.The postoperative infection rate was 2% in 3 cases.Before the treatment of AOFAS ankle and foot rating score was(38.5 +2. 5),after treatment the average score is(84.6 +2.5),there was statistical y significant dif erence(P <0.05).Conclusion the clinical treatment of the comminuted fracture bone disease may consider using minimal y invasive anatomic plate internal fixation combined with bolt compression treatment,the curative ef ect is outstanding,can reduce the incidence of complications,and there is substantial assistance to its early exercise and high value in popularization and application.%目的:分析研讨微创解剖钢板结合加压螺栓内固定在骨毁损性骨折中的应用。方法采用随机抽签方式,从我院2012年2月至2015年4月期间收治的骨毁损性骨折患者中,抽取150例患者纳入到研讨范围中,均接受微创解剖钢板结合加压螺栓内固定方式,总结分析其治疗状况。结果150例患者平均手术时间为(7.5±1.2)天,手术平均时间(75.5±2.8)分钟,治疗总疗效为95.33%。3例患者术后感染率2.00%。治疗前美国足踝外科协会踝和后足评平均评分为(38.5±2.5)分,治疗后平均评分为(84.6±2.5)分,数据差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论临床治疗骨毁损性骨折疾病时可考虑采用微创解剖钢板结合加压螺栓内固定方式治疗,此疗效突出,可降低并发症发生率,并对其早期负重存在实质性协助,推广应用价值高。
