品管圈对提高'现状—背景—评估—建议'(SBAR)标准化沟通模式晨交班依从性的效果研究

摘要

目的:探讨品管圈对提高"现状-背景-评估-建议"(SBAR)标准化沟通模式晨交班依从性的效果.方法:选取我院2016年1月至今晨交班病例736例,纳入统计.结果:SBAR汇报率相较管理前明显提高,组间差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:品管圈对提高"现状-背景-评估-建议"(SBAR)标准化沟通模式晨交班依从性效果显著,值得临床推广应用.%objective:To investigate the quality control circle to improve the situation background assessment recommendations "(SBAR) standard communication mode of morning shift compliance effect.Methods In our hospital from January 2016 to the morning shift in 736 cases,included in the statistics.Result The SBAR reporting rate was significantly higher than that before management,and there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion QCC "to improve the situation background assessment recommendations" (SBAR) standard communication mode of morning shift compliance effect is significant,worthy of clinical application.
