优化急诊护理流程对高血压脑出血患者抢救效果的影响

摘要

目的 探究优化急诊护理流程对高血压脑出血患者抢救效果的影响.方法 对对照组患者采取常规护理措施,对观察组患者在对照组的基础上对急救相关护理内容进行设计和优化.结果 对照组患者的分诊评估时间、急诊停留时间、急救时间、救治成功率、死亡率及致残率明显不如观察组.结论 在抢救脑出血患者过程中采取急诊全程优化护理措施,可使得急性脑出血患者的抢救时间得到明显缩短,救治过程得到有效改善,急救时间得到减少,治愈率得到提高,病死率得到降低,护理人员的时间观念得到强化,急诊效率和护理效果得到提高%Objective To explore the optimization of emergency nursing process rescue effect in patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Routine nursing measures in patients with control group,the observation group of patients in the control group on the basis of the design and optimization of first aid related nursing content.Results Control group patients,emergency triage assessment time stay time,first aid,treatment success rate,mortality and morbidity obvious observation group is better than the.Conclusion In the process of rescuing patients with cerebral hemorrhage emergency whole optimization of nursing measures,can make the rescue of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage time are shortened obviously,to effectively improve the treatment process,emergency time reduced,the cure rate was improved,get lower fatality rate,nursing personnel to strengthen the concept of time,emergency treatment and nursing effect of improved efficiency.
