指导性干预对脑动脉血管造影检查患焦虑的影响

pick to objective to study the nursing intervention of instructional pre anxiety in cerebral artery angiography analysis of the causes and nursing countermeasures.Methods the designed guidance in advance of nursing intervention for improving the anxiety of patients with cerebral artery angiography,questionnaire of 46 patients with cerebral artery angiography routine anxiety status questionnaire.Results 94.55% of patients with preoperative anxiety emotions.Sleep disorder is the most common.%目的 探讨指导性预的护理干预在脑动脉血管造影检查焦虑原因分析及护理对策.方法 采用自行设计的指导性预的护理干预对改善脑动脉血管造影检查患者焦虑情况调查表,对46例行脑动脉血管造影检查患者焦虑状况进行问卷调查.结果 94.55%的患者术前出现焦虑情绪.睡眠障碍是最常见的症状.睡眠障碍的原因依次为:患者情绪紧张精神心理因素导致心率过快、血压过高.结论 通过调查分析,指导性预的护理干预在脑动脉血管造影检查在查找引起患者焦虑情绪相关的影响因素,采取不同有效、针对性的护理对策,可显著提高生活质量,减少并发症发生,加快患者康复.
