品管圈活动在提高门诊儿科患者雾化吸入药物的正确使用率的应用

目的:目的:通过品管圈活动,提高门诊儿科患者雾化吸入药物的正确使用率,促进合理用药. 方法:调查分析患儿在使用雾化吸入药物时存在的问题,通过问卷调查对比品管圈活动前后雾化吸入药物正确使用率.结果: 通过品管圈活动,雾化吸入药物的正确使用率由从26.1%提升到45.8%.结论:品管圈活动能够有效提高门诊儿科患者雾化吸入药物的正确使用率,提升了门诊药房药学服务水平.%Objective :To improve the correct use rate of aerosol inhalation in pediatric outpatients and promote rational drug use through the activities of quality control circles.Methods: To investigate and analyze the existing problems in the use of aerosol inhalation , and to compare the correct use rate of aerosol inhalation before and after the activities of quality control circle.Results: Through the quality control circle activity, the correct use rate of aerosol inhalation increased from 26.1% to 45.8%.Conclusion: The quality control circle activity can effectively improve the correct use rate of aerosol inhalation in pediatric outpatients and enhance the pharmacy service level of outpatient pharmacy.
