海上风机单桩基础浪溅区腐蚀及复层包覆防护技术的应用

摘要

文章概述了海上风电工程近海钢结构在海洋环境下腐蚀与防护的特征及风机单桩式基础包覆施工的特殊性，重点介绍了单桩式风机大直径异形钢桩的STAC复层包覆施工方法及工艺特点。结果表明：量身设计的STAC复层包覆技术能够满足海上风机带有异形构件的大直径单桩式基础的防腐要求。%This paper summarizes the corrosion and protection characteristics of offshore steel structures of offshore wind engi-neering in marine environment,and the covering construction particularity of single piled foundation of offshore wind turbine, introduces the STAC multi-layer covering technology,and focus on STAC multi-layer covering construction method and pro-cess characteristics of large diameter special-shaped steel pile offshore wind turbine. The results show that the designed STAC multi-layer covering technology can satisfy the anti-corrosion requirements of the offshore wind turbine with special-shaped components of large diameter pile foundation.
