港珠澳大桥超长大节段钢箱梁双船抬吊施工技术

摘要

通过港珠澳大桥超长大节段钢箱梁的抬吊施工,总结了一套完整的施工工艺,包括抬吊吊具研究、同步性研究,数据偏差控制,各阶段控制要点等.通过良好的现场施工质量控制与施工管理,取得了抬吊施工的成功,这是国内首次采用浮吊完成近海超长大节段的钢箱梁安装,为以后长节段钢箱梁抬吊安装施工提供了宝贵的经验积累和数据支持.%Through the lifting construction of long and large segment of steel box girders of Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge,we concluded a complete set of construction methodology which includes lifting sling research,construction synchronism research,data deviation control,check points at each step.Besides,we succeed in lifting construction through great management and quality control at site,it is the first time to use double floating cranes lifting super-long and large segment of steel box girder in coastal waters in China.We have gained a lot of experiences and key construction data,which can be provided for the lifting installation construction of large segment steel box girder in the future.
