恩施菜价起伏原因及对策分析

Vegetable supply of urban has always been at all levels of government attention, related to the urban residents' quality of life and social stability important livelihood issues. In recent years, the enshi autonomous prefecture of hubei province city vegetables is big, and directly affected people's normal life order. In this paper, the author analysed prices of vegetables in Enshi Prefecture production links, storage areas, transport links and the demand chain, and explored the reasons for rising prices of vegetables, and gave the all aspects of the policy recommendations.%城市蔬菜供给始终是各级政府高度关注、事关城市居民生活质量和社会稳定的重大民生问题。近年来，湖北省恩施自治州城市菜价市场波动幅度大，上涨幅度高，直接影响到居民的正常生活秩序。本文通过对恩施州蔬菜价格的生产环节、仓储环节、运输环节和需求环节进行分析之后，探索了蔬菜价格上涨的原因，并给出了各个环节的政策建议。
