钢液浇包对铸造起重机等热辐射影响的红外测试分析

         

摘要

Aiming at difficulties as during foundry production process it is difficult to approach high heat ladle of melt steel or melting furnace and touch temperature testing can do nothing, methods have been developed that by using infrared thermal imaging system and infrared temperature testing instrument to test temperature of surfaces of foundry crane, electronic weighing apparatus, portal jib crane, workshop hoist beam and column which have been heat radiated with intensity.The surface temperature testing with distance and non-touch of foundry crane, electronic weighing apparatus, portal jib crane, workshop hoist beam and column, which have been influenced by heat radiation, resulted in confirmation of the top or higher surface temperature distribution zone, analysis on if hidden trouble with temperature near or over the critical temperature at which material and equipment have permission to work, so as to decide whether heat insulation shield would be needed to be installed and its heat insulation effects be testified hence no prematurity of disabled material and equipment working at temperature near or over the temperature permission would occur, resulting in lowering of disadvantage of heat radiation with reasonable lowering cost of heat insulation shield.%针对铸造生产期间,高温钢液包和熔炉难以接近、接触式测温仪器无法测量的难点,研究运用红外热像仪和红外测温仪测量铸造起重机、电子称、龙门吊具、车间吊车梁和立柱等受到强烈热辐射部位表面温度的方法;对受到高温热辐射影响的铸造起重机、电子称、龙门吊具、车间吊车梁和立柱等采取远距离非接触式的表面温度测量;根据现场测量的表面温度数据,确定最高的表面温度和较高温度分布区域,分析是否存在接近或超过材料和设备允许工作临界温度的隐患,确定是否需要设隔热防护装置,并验证其隔热效果;杜绝超过材料和设备允许工作温度使用过早失效的现象、合理降低隔热防护成本、有效降低热辐射的不利影响.
