中频炉内脱硅试验

摘要

该脱硅试验的目的主要是降低铁液中的Si含量,为生产高铬铸铁提供合格铁液.考虑到温度对脱硅反应的影响小,所以该试验在同一温度下进行.试验表明:一次性投入过多脱硅剂不会增加脱硅速度；加强搅拌有利于提高脱硅效率.%Desilication test is to reduce the silicon content and provide qualitied liquid iron for high Cr cast iron production. The principle and process of pre-desiliconization have been described. In the initial stage of desiliconization the test proceeded at the same temperature. Test has shown that desiliconization velocity could not be increased by more desiliconization agent addition at one time but intensifying melt stirring is significant for the desiliconization velocity.
