支撑座一体侧架铸造工艺研究及实践

             

摘要

By analyzing the structure characteristics of castings, under the conditions of ester hardening sodium silicate sand production, reasonable design has been conducted with gating system, riser, sand core, chilling block as well as CAE casting stimulation optimization been done with finally completed trial manufacture of such side frame with supporting seat of complex structure, with high requirements for quality to protect from high potential of deformation of seat parts as applying to supporting. The approval from MOR has been received.%支撑座一体侧架结构复杂,质量要求高,使用过程中支撑座部位变形大.本文通过分析铸件结构特点,在采用酯硬化水玻璃砂生产条件下,分别对浇注系统、冒口、砂芯、冷铁等进行了合理的设计,并进行了CAE铸造模拟优化,最终完成了试制,并通过了铁道部的认证审核.
