铁道客车密接式车钩铸造工艺的改进与生产实践

摘要

In order to solve the casting-defect problems of tight-lock coupler, the casting technology has been analysed and optimized. The castings produced then were almost with no defects such as shrinkage, sand inclusion and so on. The quality of the product has been improved and the cost of production reduced.%为了解决密接式车钩缩孔、夹砂等缺陷的问题，对密接式车钩铸造工艺进行了分析和改进。按新工艺方案生产的铸件基本消除了缩孔、夹砂等缺陷，提高了产品质量，降低了生产成本。
